Specialty coffee is a craft, and the counter you serve from is part of the experience. We built NOYA's mobile coffee bar from 18 mm birch plywood with keyed-tenon joints — warm, honest material that sits naturally next to good coffee and a clean roastery brand. No flimsy folding table; a real counter that travels.

The same approach is available to any roaster or café on the move: a portable coffee bar that looks the part and holds up to daily service.

Cut-outs for your espresso setup

A coffee bar is only as good as the equipment it carries. On request we CNC-cut openings in the worktop to the exact dimensions of your espresso machine, grinder, knock-box and under-counter fridge, so everything sits flush and you keep your working surface. You tell us the layout — we shape the bar around it.

We also adjust height and length so the bar matches your serving window and the space in your van.

A plywood coffee cart that travels flat

Taken apart, the coffee bar packs into a flat parcel of roughly 130 × 65 × 14 cm at around 90 kg, and assembles by hand in minutes without tools. It loads into a small van alongside your kit, with no trailer — so you spend less time building the stand and more time pulling shots.

Your roastery's brand, front and centre

On the front face we engrave, print or paint your logo, and finish the bar in natural birch, white, black or any RAL code to match your identity. From a market stall to a festival, your mobile coffee bar reads as your brand from across the room.

Price and lead time

A mobile coffee bar starts from €850, depending on size, cut-outs and branding. Production usually takes 3–4 weeks, and delivery is flat, on a pallet, across the European Union.
